Please be careful to choose true size. Measure your size across the chest from armpit to armpit as in the tee figure. You can also get one of your t-shirt’s measurements. Doubling our size info will help you to select the right size. Keep in mind that Crenoms tees run small and are more likely European vintage t-shirts that fit snug. Women tees are girly fitted cut tees with a tailored look. Each tee’s size chart is available on its product page. Sizes are approximate and for your guidance.

We ship our tees and belts around the world with global logistic firms. We use an express international shipping service to ship anywhere outside Turkey with a tracking number and insurance. You can check your order status by clicking the link at the top right of the pages.

Shipping and handling charges are same on all quantities but differ from country to country. 1 tee / belt or 15 tees / belts have the same shipping charges. After one item, all additional shipping charges are covered by us so don’t hesitate to order in big quantities. Shipping for the orders within Turkey is free of charge.

We know people don’t like waiting for internet orders so fast shipping is one of our fundamental priorities. 95% of the orders are shipped in the same day and arrived mostly in 1-4 business days depending on your country. After you add the items you would like to order to shopping cart and fill out your address, you will see the shipping cost and delivery time of your country. If your country tries to charge import duties, tariffs and/or some kind of fees etc. we are not responsible for them. It is your own responsibility. We will exchange it or give you a refund minus shipping cost. The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. We strive for perfection but if you receive a defective product, we will either exchange your purchase or give you a full refund.

Our tees are silk screened onto the fabric. It means that this process insures greater durability than any regular heat transferred techniques. For shape and print retention please follow the washing instructions attached inside the tees. When you receive the tees, the shoulders may have sharp edges resulting from high steam pressure process. It will disappear after the first wash. We advise you to iron tees after every wash to look better.
